- Owned architecture and delivery of three core product surfaces: workflow automation, integration provisioning and connection management, and notification services
- Architected tenant provisioning and database-routing with control-plane separation, Neon lifecycle management, tRPC tenant context, and shared multi-tenant access conventions
- Built the internal AI agent platform, including MCP service contracts, WorkOS authorization, policy enforcement, persistent memory, and OpenTelemetry audit instrumentation
- Modernized the design system through semantic tokens, dark-mode readiness, Storybook, and shared UI patterns
- Led a 10-person engineering team through a leadership transition, completing 7 critical initiatives in 2 months

The work spanned control-plane design, multi-tenant data routing, and the agent platform used internally — plus the design-system and delivery work that kept a 10-person team shipping through a leadership transition.
